Hi. I am an avid listener to the Hawkeye Report podcast and I work for a major brewer in the US. There are no carbon dioxide gradients in a bottle of beer. Now, the repeated tipping up for a drink shakes the beer in the bottle and causes it to outgas faster so that last sip might be a little flatter than the first but there is no CO2 gradient in the bottle. Drink from your bottle with great faith that it will be awesome from top to bottom. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
